1. 1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By placing an order for printed products such as flyers, business cards, and other related items from Challenger Business Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

2.1. Orders can be placed through our online store or by direct contact with us via email, phone call or visiting us in person. 2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information for your order, including design files, specifications, quantities, and shipping details. 2.3. Challenger Business Services reserves the right to refuse any order.

1. 1. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices for printed products are as displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. 3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. 3.3. We accept various payment methods, which are detailed on our website.

1. 1. Design and Artwork

4.1. You are responsible for providing print-ready design files. We offer design services at an added cost. 4.2. If using designs not created by Challenger Business Services, it is your responsibility to ensure that your design files meet our specifications as outlined on our website.

5.1. Challenger Business Services does not provide proofs, unless specifically requested when ordering. Proofs may come at an additional cost.

6.1. Production times and delivery estimates are provided for your reference and are not guaranteed. 6.2. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7.1. We strive to provide high-quality printed products, but minor variations in colour, finish, and cutting may occur. 7.2. You are responsible for inspecting the delivered products upon receipt. Any claims for defects or damages must be made within 2 days of delivery.

8.1. Orders can be cancelled before production begins, but a cancellation fee may apply. 8.2. Refunds will be issued for orders that have not yet entered production, minus any applicable fees. 8.3. Once production has begun, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

9.1. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any design, artwork, or content provided for your order. 9.2. Challenger Business Services does not claim ownership of your design files.
